What is an online sound test?
A sound test plays known reference tones through your speakers or headphones so you can confirm each channel works, check left/right balance, and hear whether your hardware reproduces low and high frequencies cleanly. SoundTest does this entirely in your browser using the Web Audio API — there’s nothing to install and your microphone or audio is never uploaded.
Use the tone generator to play a specific frequency, the pitch detector to find the musical note of any sound, or the decibel meter to gauge how loud your room is.
